On Site

The Work, As It Happens

Short clips from live Nexa Floors sites — large-format handling, laser-guided cutting, bedding, levelling, laser-guided setting and finished floors. Filmed on site by the team, not staged.

Large-format handling
A full slab carried in and walked onto the bed by one fitter, in Nexa Floors uniform.
Laser manual cutter
A red laser line marks the cut along a large terrazzo-look tile while the fitter lines the tile up to it.
Bedding and tapping down
The same slab tapped level into the mortar bed, checking the cut edge against the run.
Laser-guided setting
Planks set to a green laser line so the run stays true across the length of the room.
Levelling clips
Wedges holding adjacent planks flush while the adhesive takes, so no edge sits proud.
Moroccan-pattern floor tiles
A completed Moroccan-pattern tile floor, grouted and cleaned down, with the skirting line closed.
Italian marble, polished
A finished Italian marble floor, polished until the windows reflect in it.
Athangudi tile inlay
Athangudi tiles laid as a bordered panel inside a polished floor, SPR City.
